2NE1 once again swept across all music charts with their new song ‘DO YOU LOVE ME’.
The
latest song released at noon of August 7 has been (currently at 4 p.m.)
ranking the top on a total of 8 music charts including Melon, Olleh,
Mnet, Bugs, Soribada, Naver, Daum and Monkey 3.
‘DO
YOU LOVE ME’ is a fun song that creates a harmony with every 2NE1
member’s voice – all written and composed by YG Entertainment’s main
producer Teddy.
Along with the song release at
noon today, 2NE1 entertained the eyes of many viewers by releasing their
choreography video at the same time. 2NE1 members’ dynamic dance moves
and energetic live performance captured in the video clip aroused much
interest.
Starting from their release of ‘FALLING
IN LOVE’ this July, 2NE1 is scheduled to release a new song every month
until October, so a total of 4 new songs. The reggae influenced ‘FALLING
IN LOVE’ and a powerful but fun ‘DO YOU LOVE ME’ have already shown a
remarkable transformation of the group, which heightens the expectations
for their upcoming new songs in September and October.
Their
music video that is to be released tomorrow (August 8) at 10 a.m. is a
home-movie type clip, personally filmed by 2NE1 members themselves. The
movie will feature congenial, natural and friendly sides of 2NE1 while
they travel back and forth from Jeju Island to Seoul.
Meanwhile,
2NE1 will be making TV appearances on August 8 including on Mnet’s M
Countdown, KBS’s Music Bank, MBC’s Show! Music Center and SBS’s
Inkigayo. As it is their first comeback in 1 long year, they will be
appearing on music programs, variety shows and radio vigorously.
