2NE1 reveals their freely filmed home-video MV! Roh Hong-chul and MBLAQ’s surprise appearance makes it a “crazy party”
2NE1’s four members showcase swimsuit fashion
2NE1
officially revealed their music video of the new song ‘DO YOU LOVE ME’,
which is a rhythmic and jaunty song that makes any watcher lighten up.
In
the morning of August 8, YG Entertainment unveiled on its official blog
(www.yg-life.com) and YouTube channel the new ‘DO YOU LOVE ME’ music
video of 2NE1.
When the agency announced that
2NE1 is straying away from the usual ‘unique fashion and sensational
setting’ and go with a home-movie type video, the fans were greatly
excited. And today the music video finally unveiled itself.
The
personally filmed video feature all four of 2NE1 members freely
enjoying themselves at the beach, pool, bedroom, and bathroom –
basically, wherever they can go. The surprise appearance of MC Roh
Hong-chul and DARA’s little brother Cheundung from MBLAQ makes the party
an even crazier one where everyone parties together.
2NE1
showcases each of their different swimsuit fashion as well. The four of
them playing with the dancers make it look like they are on summer
vacation.
This home-movie type MV of ‘DO YOU LOVE
ME’ was an attempt never made before by 2NE1, but it is said all members
thoroughly enjoyed filming it this way. They personally held cameras to
film each other, and DARA sent a thank-you message to BOM on her SNS
for diligently filming everyone, “The best director of this home-movie
type music video is BOM!”
‘DO YOU LOVE ME’ is a
song with fast and jaunty rhythm which harmonizes the four individual
voices of each member. It is a fruit borne by YG’s main producer Teddy,
DEE.P and LYDIA. The song swept across online music websites immediately
after its release on August 7 at noon. Currently it tops 5 different
iTunes in countries like Singapore, Taiwan and the Philippines.
2NE1
came up with an unusual promotion plan, revealing a new song every
month from July to October. Starting from ‘FALLING IN LOVE,’ they will
be unveiling 4 new songs. Today they will make an appearance on Mnet’s M
Countdown, KBS’s Music Bank, MBC’s Show! Music Center and SBS’s
Inkigayo. With the release of the latest song, fans will be able to see
them more frequently on TV variety show programs and radio as well.
