Minzy who recently left 2NE1 and YG entertainment has signed an exclusive contract with Music Works and will now be continuing her activities as a solo artist under the same roof as singer Baek Ji Young.
On the 16th of May, Music Works released an official press release stating:
“Minzy who has decided to pursue her career as a solo artist after
much thought has signed an exclusive contract with our company. She has
infinite potential to grow in variety of fields as an individual and an
artist. For these reasons we will be supporting her in vast ways as much
as we can so she can realize her full potential. She will show her
capability as a musician in writing and composing as well as work to
mentor the upcoming rookie group MYTEEN. Please cheer her on in her
future activities.”
