This week, another big record retail chain, Odyssey, released their latest bestselling album chart (dated January 25, 2011) and guess who's at the #1 spot of their International Album Chart ? You're right, it's 2NE1's "To Anyone" album, and not only that, "The First Mini-Album Repackage" is at number two! "To Anyone", by the way, is STILL the NUMBER ONE INTERNATIONAL ALBUM in all Astroplus/Astrovision stores for the SECOND WEEK (chart dated January 17 to 23, 2011)!
This is FIRST TIME that a 2NE1 album became NUMBER ONE in TWO MAJOR RECORD RETAIL CHAINS! "TO ANYONE" is also 2NE1's FIRST NUMBER ONE album in the Philippines and overall the 15TH NUMBER ONE K-POP ALBUM of Universal Records!
More than a thousand Blackjacks rushed to Astroplus The Block, Astroplus Mall of Asia, Odyssey SM Megamall and Odyssey SM Bacoor on January 15th (Saturday) in order to attend 2NE1 Album Launch Event organized by Universal Records and 2NE1 Philippines, in cooperation with MYX, Astroplus and Odyssey. It was their chance to get advance copies of 2NE1 "To Anyone" and "The First Mini-Album Repackage" CDs plus its exclusive freebies.
