2NE1's meaning is the New Evolution of 21st Century. 2NE1 is pronounced as "To Anyone" or "Twenty-One". We know that everyone knows that already. But did you know before that, they were given a lot of old-fashioned names? Like "Tsunami and Yangssa's Children". The four came together and the group name became 2NE1. We'll I think, President Yang Hyun Suk doesn't have any regrets choosing 2NE1 as their name.
